The complex covers more than 105,000 m² and provides indoor, outdoor, and aquatic sports facilities supporting over 50 different sports disciplines. Comfortable Accommodation for Athletes and Teams

There are 8 Handicap rooms (30 m²) located on the 2nd floor near the elevators. These rooms are designed for wheelchair access, providing extra space for mobility. The layout is similar to the standard rooms but without a sofa to allow easier movement.

There are 82 standard rooms (30 m²) equipped with two single beds, a minibar, a TV, and a bathroom. The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a third guest, making the room suitable for small groups or teammates.

There are 10 suite rooms (63 m²) located at the ends of the corridors, two on each floor. Each suite includes a separate living room and bedroom, a double bed, two minibars, two TVs, two bathrooms, and a dining table. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed if needed.
