TravelSport honours Adelina Zems and Giorgi Mujaridze at Qosanov Memorial
TravelSport awarded two special prizes of 500,000 tenge to Adelina Zems and Giorgi Mujaridze for the best women’s and men’s results at the XXXV Qosanov Memorial.
At the XXXV Qosanov Memorial International Tournament in Shymkent, TravelSport presented special cash prizes to two outstanding performers: Kazakhstan’s Adelina Zems and Georgia’s Giorgi Mujaridze. Each athlete received 500,000 tenge, bringing the total TravelSport prize fund to 1,000,000 tenge.
Two special prizes for outstanding performances
TravelSport created two special awards for the best results among women and men at the international tournament. Adelina Zems and Giorgi Mujaridze each received 500,000 tenge in recognition of their performances.
The combined prize fund of 1,000,000 tenge reflects TravelSport’s commitment to recognising athletes whose work and results contribute to international athletics.

Adelina Zems wins the 400 m hurdles
Representing Kazakhstan, Adelina Zems won the women’s 400 metres hurdles in 55.69 seconds. Her performance earned the TravelSport special prize for the best result among women at the tournament.
The result added another strong international performance to the host nation’s successful Qosanov Memorial campaign.
Giorgi Mujaridze leads the men’s shot put
Georgia’s Giorgi Mujaridze won the men’s shot put with a mark of 19.99 metres. He received the TravelSport special prize for the best result among men.
His winning throw stood out in a competitive international field and completed the pair of performances recognised by TravelSport.
